RS Pro Thin Film Platinum Detector Elements are constructed of a deposited sensing layer of platinum on a ceramic substrate. Thin Film elements offer the advantages of small size and wide choice of resistance values. RS Pro thin film detectors are available as PT100 or PT1000 resistance elements.
