RS PRO 1/4 DIN Rail PID Temperature Controller, 96 x 96 mm, 3 Output SSR, 230 V AC Supply Voltage On/Off, P, PD, PI, PID
This 1/4 DIN rail PID (proportional integral derivative) controller from RS PRO helps equipment run at the correct temperature by using a very precise control loop mechanism. Because it can offset sudden fluctuations in heat and cold, this controller is sought-after in a variety of specialised industries, including petrochemistry, plastics and textile production.
PID controllers are much more advanced than standard tools, which only send out heating signals when process temperatures drop below a certain level. Instead, the sophisticated PID controller uses a mathematical formula to make sure the process temperature remains as consistent as possible with the user setpoint.
This temperature controller has an easily readable, four-digit LED display. Simply enter a setpoint and wait for the controller to react to sensor feedback and adjust the process temperature of any hooked-up equipment accordingly. As part of the professional RS PRO range, this product has been rigorously tested for safety.
